This was a wickedly dark short that left me wanting more of this world that Alexia created for us.
This was the first official book I have read of Alexia but I guarantee it will not be my last. Alexia writes with great description and has mad world setting talents. I really want to jump right into the world she has created in this short.
When caught in a rainstorm Alan decides to take a shortcut to class. That will change his life for ever. Alan must make a life or death choice for himself. What will Alan choose to live or die? Sorry no SPOILERS here but I recommend that everyone pick up this short to read.
