Wow! This book transports you to another time and place. The author writes the book in such a way that you are able to connect with the characters on a deeper level which is something I personally love. Kaspian is a character that you cant help but like and the same goes for Eve. Seeing Kaspian realize that he is different and has special abilities is what sparks everything and leads him to meet Eve. We are able to watch the characters work on fighting their own inner demons for their past and watch them grow into their present and future. I highly recommend this book but I must warn you.. once you start reading it, its hard to put it down.

She is a founding member of Dark Heart & Night Shade; a twice yearly anthology publication that showcases emerging YA talent.
